I’ve been a sex therapist for over two decades, serving tens of thousands of women. And in that time, I’ve amassed a body of work that matches the arc of transformation I most commonly see.

Erotic Awakening unfolds in three phases:

Phase 1)  A New Erotic Mindset.

A sex-positive mindset is the foundation to sexual satisfaction. Your upbringing, religion, culture and past experiences (trauma) shape how you experience sex today.  In this phase, we lovingly uproot the programming that may be blocking the full capacity of pleasure in your body.

Together we gently excavate your sexual programming and subconscious beliefs that inform your experience of intimacy.

We then plant new seeds of healthy and authentic beliefs that YOU choose to embody now.

You can expect…. 

A sexy new manifesto that aligns with your soul; that feels right for YOU; and gives your mind and body a whole new sexual blueprint to follow for maximum pleasure. 

Phase 2)  Re-Wire Your Sexual Circuitry.

Then we use somatic psychology and embodiment practices to re-wire the communication between your brain, nervous system, and sex organs.

You’ll get an extensive (and fascinating!) education about the female sexual arousal system - you know - the stuff you should have been taught long ago about female pleasure - and where to find the untapped treasures, or “spots”, on your body.

This phase includes virtual pleasure mapping to fortify nerve highways and erectile tissue in the vulva, and take turn-on to a whole new level!
