Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
For those ready to heal at the root. Gently. Deeply. Wholly.
Individuals, Couples and Group Experiences
There are wounds that talk in whispers.
They show up as tension in your chest, a numbness in your joy, the soft ache of something missing you can’t quite name.
They live in the nervous system—in the places the mind cannot reach alone.
Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is a doorway.
Not to escape yourself, but to return.
To soften the armor. To listen to what the body remembers. To heal from the inside out.
Held. Safe. Intentional.
This is not about “tripping.”
This is not about bypassing.
This is therapy—deep, attuned, integrative.
You are never left to navigate the unknown alone.
Every session is rooted in trauma-informed care, nervous system awareness, and consent.
You’ll be guided before, during, and after with presence, preparation, and deep reverence for your pace.
Because the healing isn’t just the medicine—it’s the way I hold you.
My approach to psychedelic work incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) or “Parts Work”, Embodied Somatic Process, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Movement, and more
* Ketamine and Plant Medicines are options - please consult with Eva to determine what’s right for you.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can be done in-person -OR- virtually.
Virtual therapy is an excellent approach, as you stay in the comfort of your home.
Of all the medicines available, ketamine offers a unique gentleness.
It quiets the noise of the inner critic.
It softens the edges of pain just enough to allow you to see, feel and heal the wounds without overwhelm.
And unlike many other psychedelic medicines, it’s legally available, well-researched, and fast-acting—particularly effective for depression, anxiety, and trauma.
In the right setting, with the right guide, it can be a profound tool for self-compassion, insight, and transformation.
How Ketamine Works
Ketamine is available by prescription from a physician, and can be taken as a lozenge, or administered as an IV or injection.
I partner with trusted physicians who evaluate your suitability and safely prescribe your medicine.
Ketamine works quickly, not just on mood, but deep within the architecture of the brain.
It interacts with the NMDA receptor, quieting the glutamate storm that fuels depression and anxiety, while also activating AMPA receptors—pathways of renewal, resilience, and growth.
In this state, the brain becomes more neuroplastic, more open—so new patterns can be imprinted, like self-love, confidence, forgiveness and trauma release.
Old neural loops, the ones etched by trauma and repetition, begin to loosen. New connections spark.
Within hours, regions like the prefrontal cortex—linked to clarity, calm, and choice—begin to reawaken, while the overactive limbic system softens its grip. And in that quiet comfort, many feel, often for the first time in years, that a new beginning is possible.
*Please Note : I do not recommend ketamine without the guidance & integration of a trained Psychotherapist, Medical Doctor, or Nurse Practitioner. This includes IV-only clinics without therapy.
How Psychedelic Therapy Might Feel
Each journey is unique, but here are some ways it may unfold…
A soft dissolving of boundaries—as if you are gently merging with something vast and meaningful.
A sudden clarity, like fog lifting from a long-forgotten truth.
Emotions rising from the body—not loud, but true—finally ready to be felt and freed.
The sense of watching yourself from a kinder distance, with less judgment and more curiosity.
A deep calm, as if the nervous system is exhaling for the first time in years.
Colorful light patterns and a feeling of euphoria.
An ineffable connection to something greater—nature, spirit, soul, self.
Waves of love or grief moving through, not as overwhelm, but as release.
The sense of coming home to yourself, and remembered who you really are.

Group & Retreat Experiences
There is something sacred about healing in the presence of others.
In a group psychedelic setting, the medicine moves not only through your own body, but through the field between you and those beside you—strangers at first, and then something more.
The walls begin to soften. Mirrors appear. Grief is no longer held alone. Joy becomes amplified, braided through shared breath and quiet tears.
You begin to remember that healing doesn’t always happen in isolation—that there is medicine in being witnessed, in holding space, in feeling the collective heartbeat of a room returning to itself.
In circles, you are not just healing yourself. You are becoming part of something ancient: a remembering that we are not meant to do life alone.
